Common Questions

How do I reset my password?

Tap "Forgot Password" on the sign-in screen and enter your email. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Profile → Delete Account, or Settings → Privacy Settings → Delete Account in the app. Your data will be removed within 30 days. You can also email support@towntap.app.

Where is my cashback?

Cashback appears on the Rewards tab. New cashback has a 7-day vesting period before it can be redeemed. Cashback expires 365 days after earning.

I have an issue with my order

Email support@towntap.app with your order details and we'll help resolve it.

How do I report inappropriate content?

Tap the flag icon on any review to report it. You can also block users from your profile. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours.
